The film Cry Freedom deals with the true history of Steve Biko and his friend, newspaperman Donald Woods, who gets involved in his fight against Apartheid, in South Africa.
During the film, Donald and his family suffer attacks by the South African police due to his friendship with Steve Biko.
Biko defends all his opinions anti-Apartheid system, and explains how black people are mistreated.
